Here is a list of EMEA countries
It’s ok though, you learn something new every day. So when you see the term EMEA, this is what the person you are talking to is referring to. It is a surprisingly long list!
Other than longitude, however, little unites the EMEA region. It contains incredible political, economic, linguistic, cultural, religious and climatic diversity. Some of the world’s richest countries are lumped in with some of the poorest.
Political systems range from stable democracies to autocracies to failed states. Regions, where the lingua franca is Swahili, are lumped in with ones where it is Arabic, French, Russian or English. Local languages number in the hundreds.

What does EMEA mean?
EMEA means Europe, Middle East, and Africa. It is commonly used in business as a way to convey service coverage or locate an office for a particular business.
I have received a lot of comments from readers saying they have never heard of terms like MENA or EMEA or did hear but had no idea what the letters stood for.

Understanding MENA- the Middle East and North Africa
Many of the 12 OPEC nations are within the MENA region. While there is no standardized list of which countries are included in the MENA region, the term typically includes the area from Morocco in northwest Africa to Iran in southwest Asia and down to Sudan in Africa.
The following countries are typically included in MENA: Algeria, Bahrain, Djibouti, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Malta, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, Palestine, and Yemen. Ethiopia and Sudan are sometimes included.
The MENA region has grown in geopolitical importance since 2011 when a number of the regions’ long-time dictatorships were overthrown in an event known as The Arab Spring. Following this event oil supplies from Libya, for example, have been extremely volatile, influencing the price of oil on international markets.
Additionally, a slow-burning civil war in Syria has brought the U.S. and Russia into direct military competition in a way not seen since the Vietnam War in the 1960s and 70a and the war in Afghanistan in the 1980s, with each country backing different sides and offering military assistance.
