Do you remember getting your first musical instrument? A guitar, piano, trumpet, or tambourine? Remember how excited you were? I do. My parents bought me a concert classical guitar in my early teens. I still play today. Coming home with my own guitar was the greatest thing.
The point of this community project is to put guitars in the hands of young kids who may not have the opportunity to get an instrument any other way. The plan is to be in contact with music teachers with talented kids. The teacher knows the kids could progress with appropriate equipment. In this case an acoustic guitar. With your help, we can help kids make progress in the musical life.
